A dynamic recruitment event designed
to expose Central Georgia students and their parents
to a vast array of post secondary education opportunities
and careers. Over 250 colleges, universities and
technical institute recruiters are invited to provide
admission and financial aid information.

Development Symposium
One of the missions
of 100 Black Men Macon-Middle Georgia, Inc. is
to promote economic development in the Macon and
Middle Georgia area.

Music
City Classic
Annual
gridiron battle between two historically black
colleges (Albany State University and Savannah
State University). The proceeds of this event
will be used to benefit our Project Reach Program
made up of 41 seventh graders from Ingram-Pye
Elementary School, (now in High School) with whom
we have agreed to provide funding for College
or other post-secondary education upon their graduation
from High School.
Operation L.I.F.T.
Operation L.I.F.T., is a 4 month/14 week learning and growth experience, sponsored by 100 Black Men of Macon-Middle Georgia, Inc.,

Project Reach College Scholarship
Fund
In September 1998, The 100
Black Men of Macon-Middle Georgia, Inc. selected
a graduating 5th grade class from an inner city
school and committed to providing full scholarships
to all students who completed high school and
enrolled in any form of postsecondary education
or training at an accredited institution. In addition
to providing scholarships, the organization has
committed to providing ongoing academic support
to the students as they progress through school.
This support will be in the form of one-to-one
tutoring, workshops on various topics and career
possibilities, and exposure to educational institutions
and cultural activities. All proceeds to benefit
the Project Reach College Scholarship Fund.
Step Forward - Classes Held Monthly

An innovative program developed
through the National Safety Council and the FLI
Learning Systems, Inc., in conjunction with Judge
Gilbert and Judge Matthews and the Bibb County
Department of Juvenile Justice, to provide diversion
assistance to juveniles between the ages of 11
and 17.
